HOW IT WORKS

  1. We plan a menu of 2 to 4 meals based on your nutritional needs.

  2. We come to your house (even if you’re not there) and cook your meals.

  3. You come home to a clean kitchen and a fridge full of delicious, healthy, whole-food, plant-based meals ready to reheat and eat!

FAQ

How does the menu planning work? Will I get input?

We work together! Your weekly menu will be sent on Saturday evening.  You can review and respond if you would like to make any changes until Sunday evening.

Do you buy organic groceries?

I try to buy organic, in season and local whenever possible. Let me know if you prefer otherwise.

You can also let me know if you need anything else from the grocery store, I am happy to shop for you if you have a few items you need in addition to the meals.

Do I have to be home while you cook?

As long as we have a way to safely arrive and leave, you don’t have to be home.

What kind of containers do you use? Is there a lot of waste like with meal delivery kits?

Cassie’s Plant Based Kitchen will purchase stainless steel containers with leakproof plastic lids at the start of our work together. These will essentially go back and forth and only be used for your family.  They will be included on your first invoice.

What will it cost?

It depends on the number of entrees and the number of days of service per week. It’s also determined by the cost of groceries.

How will I pay?

Invoices will be sent weekly via PayPal.

Do you give medical advice?

My menus and advice are based in my training as a nutritionist, but you should always consult your doctor.

Covid-19 Policy:

I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I can wear a mask when entering your house if you prefer, just let me know. I will never cook for you with cold or flu-like symptoms. I follow all kitchen safety protocol.
